2. Appointment Scheduling: Customers are required to schedule an appointment with AMC-Detailing LLC prior to receiving services. Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or email. We strive to accommodate appointment requests, but availability may vary.
3. Pricing and Payment: The pricing for AMC-Detailing LLC services will be communicated to the customer during the appointment scheduling process. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. Any additional services requested by the customer during the appointment may incur extra charges.
4. Liability: AMC-Detailing LLC will take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of the customer's vehicle during the service. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove any valuables from the vehicle before the appointment.

AMC-Detailing LLC will not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee: AMC-Detailing LLC aims to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns.
